But it has been seen that the symptoms of heart attack in women are often very different from men's.

Why we need to talk about heart attack symptoms specific to women?

For women, they do not experience the usual chest pain that men suffer from.  According to research by the US National Institute of Health (NIH), nearly half of women don't have any pain during the entire time of their heart attack

Most common symptoms that women reported during actual heart attack are shortness of breath, weakness, unusual tiredness, cold sweat and dizziness. Nearly half of women (48 percent) experience shortness of breath with where they start gasping and panting. About 70 percent of women experience of unusual fatigue and tiredness just before heart attack. Around 42 percent of women complain of indigestion and heartburn prior to a myocardial infarction. And it just 30 percent of women complain of chest pain on the left side of the body.
experiencing pain between the shoulder blades, in the upper parts of the abdomen, or on the inner side of the arms are other symptoms of heart attack in women, also if you feeling dizzy, lightheaded, and nausea.
If you see the symptoms mentioned above, most women  do not realize that they're got a heart attack and they often to ignore it, and this is become  a major concern, because most doctors still think of chest pain as the most important sign of heart attacks in both women and men.

What women need to do?

Because women can have a heart attack any time even without any chest pain, they need to pay attention to symptoms and must keep in mind that they can have a heart without them realizing it, then go to the nearest hospital or immediately call emergency services if you suffer from two or more the symptoms mentioned above. And also by getting some exercise regularly, women can help their odds against having a heart attack.
